2 OH Lunges 95/65 lbs (1 left leg, 1 right leg)
3 Toes to Bar
4 Pull Ups
5 Snatches 95/65 lbs
6 Thrusters 95/65 lbs
7 Burpees
8 Push Ups
9 SDHP 95/65 lbs
10 Cleans 95/65 lbs
11 Push Press 95/65 lbs
12 KB/DB Swings 53/35 lbs

*After completing the first movement go back to 1 and begin again adding a new movement each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do 1 Deficit HSPU, then 1 Deficit HSPU + 2 OH Lunges, then 1 Deficit HSPU + 2 OH Lunges + 3 T2B, etc. The WOD is complete when the 12 KB Swings are completed.
